We have started a new menu that we recommend only for dinner, and today we would like to introduce one of the dishes 🎶.

This meat is made from the inside of the front leg and is fatty and tastes different from the "Karubi" that is served as a stand-alone menu item 😆❤️
As the name suggests, it is served in a single piece, so please use scissors (✂️) to cut it into pieces as you like 😋.
